Dr. Ashok Kumar Tripathy joined as a Secretary to the Commission in June 2021 & left in June 2023 & again joined to the Commission in September 2025. He is a PhD in Engineering with 37 years of illustrious carrer & a Fellow of Institute of Engineers, India. He is an eminent project Engineer, adorable Academic & General Administrator and also a highly regarded expert resource person in Community College & Skill development. He is the author of number of National, International & Media publications and presented many papers in National & International Conferences. He has Four National & One International Award to his credit. Dr. Tripathy is an advisor to RIWATCH, Arunachal Pradesh & ICCS, Odisha & member of number of Government & other organizations. He is also Patron & Life Member of various State & National level professional bodies. He represented India in United States of America as part of the expert team of Community Colleges of our Sub - Continent.
