On 17th November 2021, Prof. Debabrata Das, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC, accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to the Member, visited Arunachal State University, Pasighat, after the inspection of Apex Professional University, Pasighat, to see the newly constructed Administrative Block of the State University.

On 12th July 2022 Prof. (Dr.) H.K. Sardana, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC aacoompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC and Shri Likha Tekhi, Accountant, APPEIRC paid an official visit to Himalayan University,Jollang, Itanagar. During the visit, they interacted with the management authorities, faculty members, and students with the objective of encouraging their active participation in the growth, development, and overall progress of the institution.

Prof. (Dr.) H.K. On 9th August 2022, Prof. (Dr.) H.K. Sardana, Member, APPEIRC along with Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC undertook an official visit to Venkateshwar Open University, Lekhi,Naharlagun to review the progress achieved by the institution, examine the status of University, and verify compliance with the requirements of the UGC and other competent regulatory authorities.

During his official visit to Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Science,Ziro on 31st August 2022, Prof. (Dr.) H.K. Sardana, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC assisted by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC shared valuable insights with management authorities, faculty members, and students on their important role in contributing to the institution’s growth, development, and overall progress.

5. North East Frontier Technical University,Aalo was visited on 13th Sep 2022

Prof. (Dr.) H.K. Sardana, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC, paid an official visit to North East Frontier Technical University,Aalo on 13th Sep 2022 and interacted with the management authorities, faculty members, and students. He also encouraged all stakeholders to actively participate in strengthening the institution’s academic environment, growth, and overall development.

On 14th October 2022, Prof. (Dr.) H.K. Sardana, Member, APPEIRC along with Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC visited to Arunachal University of studies, Namsai as part of the Commission's Official Outreach Programme. Interacted and Shared valuable insights with management authorities, faculty members and students etc.

Prof. (Dr.) H.K. On 13th Sep, 2022, an official visit to SFS College, Aalo & Teacher Training Education, Aalo was undertaken by Prof. (Dr.) H.K. He interacted with faculty members, students, and management authorities and encouraged their active participation in institutional growth, development, and academic advancement.

On 16th Sep, 2022, Prof. (Dr.) H.K. Sardana, Member, APPEIRC accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC visited Daying Ering College of Teacher Education,Pasighat and interacted with various stakeholders of the institution, including management authorities, faculty members, and students.

During his official visit to Kasturba Gandhi Institute of Higher Education,Roing on 16th Nov,2022 Prof. (Dr.) H.K. Sardana, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC encouraged management authorities, faculty members, and students to work collectively towards strengthening the institution and ensuring its overall development and progress.

Prof. (Dr.) H.K. Sardana, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC visited Venerable Uktara Bethany College, Namsai & Mahabodhi Lord Buddha College,Namsai on18th Nov, 2022 and held an interaction session with management authorities, faculty members, and students aimed at encouraging their participation in the institution’s progress and development.

Prof. (Dr.) H.K. Sardana, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC APPEIRC assisted by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC paid an official visit Namdapha Degree College, Miao on 19th Nov, 2022 and interacted with stakeholders of the institution, motivating them to contribute actively towards academic excellence, institutional growth, and development.

After the visit of above Institutions specific feedback points to each of the colleges and Universities were shared to rectify the deficiencies from the Institutions.

Later on, Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC and Shri J. Purkayastha, Section Officer, APPEIRC paid an official visit to Namdapha Degree College, Miao, Teacher Training Education, Aalo and North East Frontier Technical University,Aalo to verify their progress, deficiencies and to take review of previous inspection etc.

As part of the Commission's review process, Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, APPEIRC and officials of APPEIRC i.e Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC & Miss Lipi Lollen, PA, APPEIRC visited the Teachers Training College, Aalo and Saint Francis College, Aalo on 4th April 2024 to examine its overall functioning, quality assurance mechanisms, infrastructure, and compliance with the provisions of the UGC and other applicable statutory and regulatory authorities.

During his visit to Hills College of Teacher Education, Naharlagun for inspection on 25th April 2024, Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, APPEIRC accompanied by Miss Kari Riba, PA to Chairperson, APPEIRC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC to examined the institution's academic and administrative framework, inspected the available facilities, and reviewed compliance with the applicable provisions of the UGC, NCTE and other statutory authorities.

On 30th July 2024 Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, APPEIRC and staff of APPEIRC i.e Miss Kari Riba, PA to Chairperson, APPEIRC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC visited Daying Ering College, Pasighat and Doying Gumin College, Pasighat as part of the Commission’s official institutional visit programme with the objective of fostering active participation in the institution’s development and academic progress.

On 23rd Sept, 2024 Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, APPEIRC assisted by Miss Kari Riba, PA to Chairperson, APPEIRC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC visit to Vivekananda Kendra College of Teacher Education to assess its overall academic performance, infrastructural development, and conformity with the norms and standards prescribed by the UGC and other statutory/regulatory bodies.

Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, APPEIRC and Miss Kari Riba, PA to Chairperson, APPEIRC, undertook an official visit to Donyi Polo B.Ed. College, Itanagar on 25th Sept, 2024 to evaluate its academic environment, physical infrastructure, administrative systems, and adherence to the guidelines issued by the UGC, NCTE and other regulatory agencies.

On 30th Sept, 2024 Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, APPEIRC accompanied by Miss Kari Riba, PA to Chairperson, APPEIRC, paid an official visit to Arunachal Law Academy, Lekhi to verify institutional preparedness, inspect teaching and learning resources, and assess compliance with the regulatory framework prescribed by the UGC, BCI and other professional councils.

An official visit was undertaken by Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, APPEIRC along with Miss Kari Riba, PA to Chairperson, APPEIRC on 15th Oct, 2024 to assess Venkateshwara Open University, Lekhi growth, review the implementation of previous recommendations, and verify adherence to the regulatory requirements of the UGC and other concerned statutory bodies.

Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, APPEIRC, visited Arunodaya University, Lekhi on 21st Oct, 2024 for an on-site appraisal of its infrastructure, faculty, laboratories, library, and other facilities, besides examining compliance with the UGC Regulations and the norms of other regulatory agencies.

As part of APPEIRC's institutional outreach, Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, APPEIRC, along with Ms. Kari, PA, and Ms. Gebi Ete, PA,APPEIRC visited Don Bosco College, Itanagar. The team interacted with the college authorities on matters relating to academic excellence, quality enhancement, and institutional development. The visit was conducted on 11th November 2024.

Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, accompanied by Ms Bobby Doji, Staff visited Mudo Tamo B.Ed. College, Ziro to review the institution's academic environment, infrastructure, and overall functioning. The team also interacted with the college management on issues relating to quality education and institutional development. The visit was undertaken on 21st February 2025.

Under the leadership of Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, visited Saint Claret College, Ziro on 21st February 2025, along with Smti Bobby Doji. During the visit, the they discussions with the college authorities on academic standards, institutional governance, and measures for continuous improvement in higher education.

On 22nd February 2025, Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, accompanied by Smti Bobby Doji, staff and other officers of APPEIRC, visited IGTAMSU. He reviewed the university's academic and administrative functioning and interacted with the authorities regarding institutional development, quality assurance, and compliance with applicable educational norms.

The visit reflected APPEIRC's continued commitment to promoting excellence in higher education across Arunachal Pradesh.

Dr. Limo Ete, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC aacompanied by Miss Gebi Ete, PA to Member, APPEIRC visited to Teacher Training B.Ed. College, Aalo, St. Francise se Sales, Aalo and North East Frontier Technical University, Aalo from 10th to 13th March 2025 respectively to review the implementation of previous inspection, and verify adherence to the regulatory requirements of the UGC and other concerned statutory bodies.

On 9th June 2025 Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon’ble Member-II, APPEIRC assisted by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC visited 2 (two) institutions i.e Namdapha Degree College, Mio and Martha Nursing Training School, Jairampur, Changlang, A.P to review developmental initiatives, and ascertain compliance with the standards laid down by the UGC,INC,APNC and other statutory bodies.

On 27thJune 2025 Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon’ble Member-II,APPEIRC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC carried out visit of 4 (four) institutions viz Venkateswara Open University, Lekhi, Hills College of Teacher Education, Naharlagun, Arunachal Law Academy, Naharlagun and Global University, Nirjuli respectively to assess the corrective measures taken by the institution.

Academic Visit to North East Nursing College of Health Science, Lekhi, Naharlagun

On 22nd July 2025 Dr. Joram Aniya, Member-II assisted by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member cum PRO, APPEIRC visited North East Nursing College of Health Science, Lekhi, Naharlagun to evaluate academic, administrative, and infrastructural improvements.

On 26th August 2025, Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA cum PRO, APPEIRC paid a courtesy visit to RK Hospital of Nursing, Itanagar.

During the visit, Shee interacted with the institution's management and faculty members, reviewed the academic environment, and encouraged the institution to continue maintaining quality nursing education and compliance with the norms and guidelines of the Indian Nursing Council (INC), the Arunachal Pradesh Nursing Council (APNC), and other concerned statutory authorities.

On 28th August 2025, Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member-I, APPEIRC and Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA-cum-PRO, APPEIRC visited the proposed permanent campus site of Donyi Polo B.Ed. College, Chandranagar, Itanagar. During the visit, the delegation reviewed the proposed infrastructure and emphasized the importance of developing the campus in accordance with the norms of the NCTE, UGC, and other concerned statutory authorities.

During the visit, they interacted with the university authorities and reviewed the academic environment, emphasizing quality higher education and compliance with the norms of the UGC and other concerned statutory authorities.

On 19th September 2025, Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC, along with Shri Chiken Riba, PA-cum-PRO, APPEIRC, visited Daying Ering B.Ed. College, Pasighat.

During the visit, the delegation reviewed the institution's academic environment and encouraged the management to uphold quality education while ensuring compliance with the guidelines of the concerned statutory authorities.

On 19th January 2026, Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC, paid a courtesy visit to Namdapha Degree College, Miao, Changlang District. During the visit, he interacted with the college authorities and reviewed the institution's academic environment. As part of APPEIRC's continued engagement with higher educational institutions, Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, APPEIRC and Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC paid a courtesy visit to North East Frontier Technical University (NEFTU), Aalo, on 22nd April 2026.

During the visit, the dignitaries interacted with the university authorities, reviewed the academic environment and infrastructure, and emphasized the importance of maintaining quality higher education in compliance with the norms and guidelines of the UGC and other concerned statutory authorities.

On 27th April 2026, Shri Tsering Naksang, Hon'ble Chairperson, APPEIRC and Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC visited the proposed land for the new campus of TNT College, Kamba.

The college management was represented by Shri Bage Kamshi, who accompanied the APPEIRC delegation during the site visit. The delegation reviewed the proposed campus site and emphasized the importance of developing the institution in accordance with the norms and guidelines of the UGC and other concerned statutory authorities to promote quality higher education

On 29th July 2026, Dr. Limo Ete, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC, visited Teacher Training B.Ed. College, Aalo, West Siang District. During the visit, he interacted with the college authorities and took stock of the academic activities, infrastructure and other matters relating to the functioning of the institution.
