In accordance with Section 9(4) of the Arunachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions (Regulatory Commission) Act, 2017, an inspection of Arunodaya University, Lekhi, Naharlagun was carried out on 26th Oct, 2021 under the Chairmanship of Prof. (Dr.) Debabrata Das, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC, Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC and team to assess the academic, administrative and infrastructural facilities and to verify compliance with the norms prescribed by the UGC and other applicable statutory and regulatory bodies.

Inspection was carried out at Himalayan University, Jollong, Itanagar on 28th October 2021 led by Prof. (Dr.) Debabrata Das, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC accompanied Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC, Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Secreatry, APPEIRC to review institutional development, governance practices and compliance with the applicable norms of UGC and other professional councils.

On 2nd November, 2021, an inspection of Venketeshwara Open University, Lekhi was carried out by Prof. (Dr.) Debabrata Das, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC with team accompanied by Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC, Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and team of APPEIRC to assess the academic, administrative and infrastructural facilities and to verify compliance with the norms prescribed by the UGC and other statutory and regulatory bodies.

An Inspection was carried out at Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Sciences, Ziro on 10th November 2021 by Prof. (Dr.) Debabrata Das, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC and Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC assisted by Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and officials of APPEIRC to review the institution's academic and administrative functioning, teaching learning process, faculty, laboratories, clinical facilities, infrastructure and compliance with the norms and standards prescribed by the UGC, NMC, INC, APNC, PCI and other applicable statutory and regulatory authorities.

Pursuant to Commission Order No. APPEIRC/U-01/2021/35-39 dated 8th November 2021, Prof. Dr. Debabarata Das, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC, accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC, conducted an inspection-cum-enquiry of Apex Professional University, Pasighat from 16th to 17th November 2021 regarding the allegations made by Dr. Anil Kumar Dubey, former Dean & Head, Faculty of Teacher Education,APU, Pasighat in a complaint addressed to the PS to the Hon'ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh. The enquiry involved verification of records, inspection of infrastructure, and interaction with the concerned authorities. The enquiry report was submitted to the Chairperson, APPEIRC, and thereafter forwarded to the Hon'ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh for kind information and necessary action.

On 16th November 2021 (afternoon), Prof. Dr. Debabrata Das, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC, accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC convened a meeting with representatives of the Adi Students' Union at Circuit House, Pasighat, regarding the allegations made by Dr. Anil Kumar Dubey, former Dean & Head, Faculty of Teacher Education,APU, Pasighat.

During the meeting, the representatives were informed that APPEIRC had initiated an inspection-cum-enquiry into the allegations. They were requested not to interfere with the proceedings and to extend their full cooperation to ensure the smooth, fair, transparent, and impartial conduct of the enquiry and inspection at Apex Professional University, Pasighat.

Prof. (Dr.) Debabrata Das, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC assisted by Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC conducted an inspection of Arunachal University of Studies, Namsai from 7th to 8th December 2021 to examine compliance with the regulations of UGC, AICTE, NCTE, BCI, INC, APNC, PCI & other concerned statutory authorities and assessment of progress of University.

Pursuant to the directions of the Chairperson, APPEIRC, Prof. (Dr.) Debabarata Das, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC, accompanied by Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC, conducted an inspection of North East Frontier Technical University, Aalo from 28th to 29th December 2021 to assess compliance with the APPEIRC Act, UGC Regulations, AICTE, BCI, APPC, INC and other applicable statutory norms. The inspection report was submitted to the Chairperson, APPEIRC for further necessary action.

As part of the Commission's inspection programme, Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC along with Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Secretary, APPEIRC inspected Kasturba Gandhi Institute of Higher Education, Roing on 14th March 2022 to Assess and to examine academic standards, institutional management and overall compliance with the prescribed regulatory framework.

In continuation of Commission order an inspection of Denning College of Teacher Education, Tezu was carried out on 15th March 2022 by Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC assisted by Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Secretary, APPEIRC to assess the academic, infrastructural facilities and to verify compliance with the norms prescribed by the UGC, RGU, NCTE and other applicable statutory and regulatory bodies.

To verify compliance with the APPEIRC Act, UGC Regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements, Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC alongwith Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Secretary, APPEIRC, carried out an inspection of Mahabodhi Lord Buddha College, Namsai on 16th March 2022, covering academics, infrastructure, governance, and student welfare.

APPEIRC team Inspected Venerable Uktara Bethany College, Namsai on 17th March 2022 led by Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC accompanied by Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Secretary, APPEIRC on 17th March 2022 to review the institution's compliance with UGC Regulations, RGU and other statutory bodies.

In accordance of Commission order Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC together with Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Secy, APPEIRC undertook an inspection of Inspection team at Namdapha Degree College, Miao on 19th March 2022 to verify the adequacy of infrastructure, instructional facilities, faculty resources and adherence to the applicable statutory requirements.

As part of APPEIRC's regulatory oversight, Teacher Training College (B.ed), Aalo was undertaken on 21th Feb, 2022 by Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC along with Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Secretary, APPEIRC to evaluate institutional governance, academic standards, infrastructure, and statutory compliance.

APPEIRC carried out inspection of Saint Francis de Sales College (SFS), Aalo on 22nd Feb, 2022 headed by Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC accompanied by Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Secretary, APPEIRC to examine the availability of essential academic facilities, institutional records, governance mechanisms and compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements.

An official inspection of Inspection team at Doying Gumin College, Pasighat was undertaken on 25th April 2022 by Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC assisted by Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Secy, APPEIRC to review the institution's compliance with UGC Regulations and and other statutory bodies, as applicable.

APPEIRC carried out inspection of Daying Ering College, Pasighat on 27th April 2022 led by Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC with Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Secretary, APPEIRC to assess the academic, administrative and infrastructural facilities and to verify compliance with the norms prescribed by the UGC and other applicable statutory and regulatory bodies.

The inspection of Siang Royal Academy, Pasighat was conducted on 28th April 2022 led by Dr. A.K Tripathy, Secretary, APPEIRC together with Shri J. Purkayastha, Superintendent, APPERC and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to assess the institution's academic performance, infrastructural facilities and conformity with the guidelines issued by UGC and other statutory councils.

Arunachal Community College, Vivek Vihar, Itanagar inspection was carried out on 16th August 2022 by Prof. (Dr.) H.K Sardana, Hon’ble Member. APPEIRC accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC and Shri Likha Tekhi, Accountant, APPEIRC.

Prof. (Dr.) H.K Sardana, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC along with Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC and Shri Likha Tekhi, Accountant, APPEIRC carried out an inspection of Arunachal Law Academy, Naharlagun on 17th August 2022 to verify the standards relating to Infrastructure, land, faculty, library, classrooms and other essential facilities prescribed by the concerned regulatory authorities.

An official inspection of Don Bosco College, Itanagar was undertaken on 18th August 2022 by Prof. (Dr.) H.K Sardana, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC along with Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC and Shri Likha Tekhi, Accountant, APPEIRC to review the institution's compliance with UGC Regulations, RGU and other statutory bodies.

The inspection of Donyi Polo B.Ed College, Itanagar was conducted on 19th August 2022 by Prof. (Dr.) H.K Sardana, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC together with Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC to assess the institution's academic performance, infrastructural facilities and conformity with the guidelines issued by UGC, RGU, NCTE and other statutory councils.

An inspection was conducted at Hills College of Teacher Education, Naharlagun on 22nd August 2022 by Prof. (Dr.) H.K Sardana, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC to assess the institution's readiness to maintain academic quality in accordance with UGC guidelines and other relevant statutory provisions.

Prof. (Dr.) H.K Sardana, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC, accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC, paid an inspection visit to North East Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Itanagar on 23rd August 2022 to assess compliance with National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) Regulations, UGC guidelines, and other applicable statutory norms relating to academic programmes, faculty, infrastructure, hospital facilities, and student welfare.

The inspection team headed by Prof. (Dr.) H.K Sardana, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC, accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC inspected Vivekananda Kendra College of Teacher, Education, Nirjuli was Inspected on 24th August 2022 to verify the institution's compliance with academic, administrative and infrastructural standards prescribed by UGC, NCTE, RGU and the concerned statutory bodies.

APPEIRC carried out inspection of Mudo Tamo Memorial College, Ziro on 29th August 2022 led by Prof. (Dr.) H.K Sardana, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC, accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC to examine the availability of essential academic facilities, institutional records, governance mechanisms and compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements.

Saint Claret College, Ziro underwent an inspection on 30th August 2022 by Prof. (Dr.) H.K. Sardana, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC, accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC.

The Inspection focused on reviewing academic quality, institutional administration, infrastructure, and compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.

In accordance with Section 9 (4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017 under the Chairmanship of Dr. Limo Ete, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC, comprising Prof. Uttpal Bhattacharyajee, RGU, Prof. Nani Bath, RGU, Dr. Mijum Nyodu, JG Law College, Dr. Tao Kaki, DDME, Mr. Ibom Ete, President, APPC and Ms. Kengam Kamsi, Nursing Officer, APNC assisted by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC carried out inspections at Apex Professional University, Pasighat from 9th Dec to 11th Dec 2024 to verify compliance with the provision of UGC guidelines, academic, administrative, and infrastructural standards and other applicable regulatory bodies.

As per provision of APPEIRC Act, 2017 an Expert Committee Members under the Chairmanship of Dr. Limo Ete, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC, comprising Prof. Uttpal Bhattacharyajee, RGU, Prof. Nani Bath, RGU, Dr. Mijum Nyodu, JG Law College, Dr. Tao Kaki, DDME, Mr. Ibom Ete, President, APPC, and Ms. Kengam Kamsi, Nursing Officer, APNC assisted by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC conducted inspections of Apex Professional University, Pasighat W.e.f 11th Dec to 12th Decem 2024 to assess compliance with the provisions of the APPEIRC Act, UGC Regulations, and other applicable statutory norms.

On 11th February, 2025, the Expert Committee constituted by the APPEI Regulatory Commission, Itanagar under the provisions of the APPEIRC Act, 2017, conducted an inspection of North East Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Itanagar to assess its compliance with the norms and regulations of the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH). The inspection was carried out under the Chairmanship of Dr. Tao Kaki, DDME, Dr. Dusu Laji, DDHS (AYUSH), and Dr. R. Taipodia, Nodal Officer (Homoeopathy) cum Vice President, APHC, through verification of records, inspection of infrastructure and hospital facilities, and interaction with the college authorities.

In accordance with Section 9 (4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017 an Expert Committee was constituted by APPEIRC under the Chairmanship of Dr. Limo Ete, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC comprising Prof. Nani Bath, Director, CDC, RGU, Prof. Uttpal Bhattacharyajee, Dirctor, IQAC, RGU, Dr. Tao Kaki, Dy. Director of Medical Education, Dr. Anil Mili, Associate Professor, RGU, Shri Nangbia Tapin, Registrar, APPC and Ms. Kengam Kamsi, Nursing Officer, APNC with Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC as Assistant to the Expert Committee conducted an inspection of Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Sciences, Ziro, on 21st Feb (morning hour) & 22nd February (morning hour), 2025. The inspection was carried out to assess compliance with UGC Regulations, AICTE/NMC and other applicable statutory norms.

Law College, Jote, Shri Ibom Ete, President, APPC, Ms. Lokam Sikap, Registrar, APNC, Shri Getu Yoka, HoD, Dept. of Civil Eng, RG Polytechnic College, Itanagar and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC as Assistant to the Expert Committee conducted an inspection w.e.f 28 to 29 March 2025 of Himalayan University, Jollang, Itanagar, under Section 9(4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017 to assess compliance with UGC, AICTE, INC, BCI and other statutory norms.

Pursuant to Commission Order No. APPEIRC-131/2025/8284-90 dated 29th April 2025, an Expert Committee headed by Dr. Limo Ete, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC comprising Mrs. Laxmi D. Sonam, Nursing Officer, APNC, GoAP, and Mrs. Shila D. Sono, Nursing Officer, APNC, GoAP with Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC, assisting the inspection team, conducted a statutory inspection of Zion Institute of Nursing, Nirjuli on 1st May 2025. The Committee assessed the institution's compliance with Indian Nursing Council (INC), Arunachal Pradesh Nursing Council (APNC), and other applicable nursing education norms. The inspection report was submitted to the Chairperson, APPEIRC, for necessary action and compliance.

Under Section 9 (4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017 and in Pursuant to Order No. APPEIRC-131/2025/8284-90 dated 29th April 2025 an Expert Committee headed by Dr. Limo Ete, Hon’ble Member, APPEIRC, comprising Mrs. Laxmi D. Sonam, Nursing Officer, APNC, GoAP, and Mrs. Shila D. Sono, Nursing Officer, APNC, GoAP assisted by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member, APPEIRC conducted a statutory inspection of the Nursing Programme at Ramakrishna Mission Hospital, Itanagar on 2nd May 2025. The Committee verified compliance with APPEIRC, Indian Nursing Council (INC), Arunachal Pradesh Nursing Council (APNC), and other applicable nursing education norms.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 9(4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017, an Expert Committee led by Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC (Chairperson) conducted an inspection of North East Nursing College of Health Science, Lekhi, on 11th August 2025.

The Committee comprised Mrs. Millo Dimin, Tutor, ASNC; Mrs. Joram Aniya, Tutor, ASNC; and Mrs. Nitu Lamgu Passang, Tutor, ASNC. Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member-II, APPEIRC, assisted the Expert Committee during the inspection. The inspection was undertaken to assess compliance with the prescribed regulatory norms, INC, APNC and RGU.

The Expert Committee constituted by APPEIRC under Section 9(4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017, headed by Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC, carried out an inspection of Tago Memorial Institute of Health Science & Hospital, Nirjuli, on 12th August 2025.

The inspection team included Mrs. Millo Dimin, Tutor, ASNC; Mrs. Joram Aniya, Tutor, ASNC; and Mrs. Nitu Lamgu Passang, Tutor, ASNC, while Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member-II, APPEIRC, assisted the Committee members. The exercise focused on evaluating compliance with statutory requirements and academic standards.

As part of its statutory mandate under Section 9(4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017, an Expert Committee chaired by Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC, inspected Regional Nursing Institute, Ganga, Itanagar, on 13th August 2025.

The Committee members were Mrs. Millo Dimin, Tutor, ASNC; Mrs. Joram Aniya, Tutor, ASNC; and Mrs. Nitu Lamgu Passang, Tutor, ASNC. Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member-II, APPEIRC, assisted the Expert Committee during the inspection. The inspection was conducted to review institutional compliance with the prescribed norms and to promote quality assurance in nursing education.

An Expert Committee constituted by APPEIRC under Section 9(4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017, inspected North East Frontier Technical University (NEFTU), West Siang, Aalo, on 15th September 2025.

The Committee was headed by Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC as Chairperson with Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member-I, APPEIRC, as Observer.

The inspection was conducted to assess the University's compliance with the UGC Regulations, other applicable statutory and regulatory body norms, and the provisions of the APPEIRC Act, 2017.

In pursuance of Section 9(4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017, an APPEIRC Expert Committee inspected Teacher Training College (B.Ed.), West Siang, Aalo, on 16th September 2025.

The Committee was chaired by Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC, with Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member-I, APPEIRC, as Observer. Under Section 9(4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017, APPEIRC constituted an Expert Committee to conduct a statutory inspection of Saint Francis de Sales (SFS), West Siang, Aalo, on 17th September 2025.

The Committee was chaired by Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC alongwith Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member-I, APPEIRC, as Observer.

As per Section 9(4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017, an Expert Committee inspected Venkateshwara Open University, Lekhi, Naharlagun, on 14th November 2025.

The inspection was chaired by Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member-I, APPEIRC along with Prof. Utpal Bhattacharjee (Director, IQAC, RGU), Prof. Sumpsam Tangjang (HoD, Botany, RGU), Prof. R.C. Panda (Former Dean & Former Director, IQAC, RGU), and Prof. Lijum Noshi (HoD, Economics, RGU) as Expert Members. Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member-I-cum-PRO, APPEIRC, assisted the Expert Committee.

The inspection assessed the University's compliance with UGC norms and other statutory regulatory requirements.

After completion of the inspection, the inspection report containing the findings, observations, and recommendations was submitted by Dr. Limo Ete and Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Members, APPEIRC to the Chairperson, APPEIRC for further necessary action.

As per provision of section 9, sub section (4) of APPEIRC Act, 2027, the Commissson constituted an Expert Committee to inspect Arunachal Community College, Yupia-II on 23rd January 2026.

The Committee comprised Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC (Chairperson), Prof. Tasi Kaye, Director, CDC, RGU, Prof. Uttpal Bhattacharjee, Dean, Rajiv Gandhi University, Dr. Robin Hissang, Associate Professor & Principal, Seppa College with Miss Gebi Ete, PA to Member-II, APPEIRC, assisting the Expert Committee.

The inspection was conducted to assess the institution's compliance with the prescribed UGC norms and regulatory standards.

On 3rd February 2026, the Fact-Finding Committee constituted under Section 9(4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017 visited Apex Professional University (APU), Pasighat to examine issues relating to academic administration and institutional functioning.

The Committee comprised Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC (Chairman), Prof. Narmi Darang, Registrar, Arunachal Pradesh University, Pasighat (Member); Prof. Kesang Degi, Department of Education, Rajiv Gandhi University (Member); and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member-I-cum-PRO, APPEIRC (to assist the Committee). The team verified records, interacted with stakeholders, and conducted a detailed fact-finding exercise before submitting its findings and recommendations to the Commission.

As part of its statutory mandate under the APPEIRC Act, 2017, APPEIRC inspected Mahabodhi Lord Buddha College, Namsai, on 11 February 2026.

The inspection was led by Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member-I, APPEIRC with Dr. Sukanta Kumar Pradhan Associate Professor, Dept. of Education, Indira Gandhi Government College, Tezu as Expert Member assisted by Shri Chiken Riba, PA-cum-PRO, APPEIRC. The team reviewed academic, administrative and regulatory compliance.

On 12 February 2026, APPEIRC conducted a statutory inspection of Venerable Utkara Bethany College, Namsai, under the APPEIRC Act, 2017. The inspection team comprised Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member-I, APPEIRC (Chairman), Dr. Sukanta Kumar Pradhan (Expert Member), and Shri Chiken Riba, PA-cum-PRO, APPEIRC (Assistant) who assessed the institution's compliance with academic and regulatory standards.

On 17th February 2026, the APPEIRC Expert Inspection Committee carried out an inspection of Daying Ering College of Teacher Education, Pasighat to evaluate the institution's compliance with the norms and standards prescribed by UGC, NCTE, and the Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh.

The inspection was led by Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC, with Prof. Prakash Jena, HOD, Dept. of Education & Dean of Academic Affairs, Arunachal Pradesh University and Dr. Rajen Miwu, Associate Professor, Arunachal Pradesh University as expert members. Miss Gebi Ete, PA to Member-II, APPEIRC, assisted the committee Members.

As part of its ongoing institutional monitoring programme, APPEIRC conducted an inspection of Siang Royal Academy, Pasighat, on 18th February 2026. The exercise focused on reviewing academic, administrative, and infrastructural facilities in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions.

The inspection was undertaken by an expert team comprising Prof. Prakash Jena, HOD, Dept. of Education & Dean of Academic Affairs, Arunachal Pradesh University, Dr. Rajen Miwu, Associate Professor, Arunachal Pradesh University under the chairmanship of Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC assisted by Miss Gebi Ete, PA to Member-II, APPEIRC.

In continuation provisions of the APPEIRC Act, 2017, Doying Gumin College, Pasighat was inspected on 19th February 2026 to verify its compliance with the requirements prescribed by UGC, NCTE, and the State Government.

The inspection was carried out by the APPEIRC Expert Inspection Committee, with Dr. Rajen Miwu, Associate Professor, Arunachal Pradesh University, and Prof. Prakash Jena, HOD, Dept. of Education & Dean of Academic Affairs, Arunachal Pradesh University, as expert members. The committee was chaired by Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC, while Miss Gebi Ete, PA to Member-II, APPEIRC, assisted in the inspection process.

The APPEIRC Expert Inspection Committee, headed by Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC, along with Dr. Topi Basar, Associate Professor, Dept. of Law, RGU and Dr. Mizum Nyodu, Deputy Director & Faculty (Law & Constitutional Law), ATI, Naharlagun, Prof. Kesang Degi, Dept. of Education, RGU (Member), Prof. Uttpal Bhattacharyajee, Dean, Dept. of Computer Science, RGU (Member) conducted an inspection of Arunachal Law Academy, Lekhi, on 5th March 2026 assisted by Miss Gebi Ete, PA to Member-II, APPEIRC and Ms. Tumter Ete.

The inspection was undertaken to assess the institution's compliance with the norms prescribed by UGC, BCI, NCTE, and the Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh.

On 6th March 2026, APPEIRC constituted an Expert Committee to inspect Global University, Sinki Park, Itanagar, under the provisions of Section 9(4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017.

The inspection team was chaired by Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member-I, APPEIRC with Prof. S.K. Jena, Dept. of Commerce, RGU, Prof. Lijum Noshi, HoD, Dept. of Economics, RGU, Dr. Vinay Kumar Kashyap, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Law, RGU, Dr. Sudhir Kumar Jena, Head, Dept. of Library & Information Science, RGU and Shri Nangbia Tapin, Registrar, Arunachal Pradesh Pharmacy Council as Expert Members. Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member-I-cum-PRO, APPEIRC, assisted the Expert Committee during the inspection.

On 6th March 2026, Vivekananda Kendra College of Teacher Education, Nirjuli, was inspected by the APPEIRC Expert Inspection Committee as part of the Commission's ongoing regulatory inspections to ensure adherence to the standards prescribed by the concerned statutory authorities.

The committee was chaired by Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC, and included Prof. Kesang Degi, Dept. of Education, RGU, and Dr. Tadam Ruti, Assistant Professor-cum-HOD, Hindi Dept, Govt. College Doimukh, PMUSHA Member, IQAC-cum-NAAC Member; Research & Documentation, as expert members and Miss Gebi Ete, PA to Member-II, APPEIRC, assisted the Expert Committee members.

On 9th March 2026, Kasturba Gandhi Institute of Higher Education, Kebali, Roing, was inspected by the APPEIRC Expert Inspection Committee in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 9(4) of the Arunachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Commission (APPEIRC) Act, 2017. The inspection was undertaken to verify the institution's compliance with the norms of the concerned statutory bodies.

The committee comprised Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC (Chairperson), Prof. Prakash Jena, HoD, Dept. of Education & Dean of Academic Affairs, Arunachal University, Pasighat (Member); Dr. Rajen Miwu, Associate Professor, Arunachal University, Pasighat (Member), and Ms. Gebi Ete, PA to Member-II, APPEIRC (Assistant to the Committee).

The APPEIRC Expert Inspection Committee, comprising Dr. Joram Aniya, Hon'ble Member-II, APPEIRC (Chairperson), Prof. Prakash Jena, HoD, Dept. of Education & Dean of Academic Affairs, Arunachal University, Pasighat (Member), Dr. Rajen Miwu, Associate Professor, Arunachal University, Pasighat (Member) and Ms. Gebi Ete, PA to Member-II, APPEIRC (Assistant to the Committee) conducted an inspection of Denning College for Teacher Education, Tezu, on 10th March 2026.

On 17th March 2026, an APPEIRC Expert Committee conducted an inspection of Mudo Tamo Memorial College, Ziro, in accordance with Section 9(4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017, to assess the institution's academic and regulatory compliance.

The Committee comprised Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC (Chairman), Prof. Kesang Degi, Dept. of Education, RGU and Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member-I cum PRO, APPEIRC (to assist the Committee).

As part of APPEIRC's regulatory mandate, an Expert Committee visited Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Sciences, Ziro, on 17th March 2026 to carry out an institutional inspection and review compliance with the provisions of the APPEIRC Act, 2017.

The inspection team consisted of Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC (Chairman), Prof. Kesang Degi, Dept. of Education, RGU accompanied by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member-I cum PRO, APPEIRC.

On 18th March 2026, an Expert Committee of APPEIRC inspected Saint Claret College, Ziro, to evaluate the institution's functioning and verify compliance with the provisions of the APPEIRC Act, 2017.

The Committee was led by Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC (Chairman) and included Prof. Kesang Degi, Dept. of Education, RGU with Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Member-I cum PRO, APPEIRC, assisting the Committee during the inspection.

Under Section 9(4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017, APPEIRC conducted a statutory inspection of Marta Nursing Training School, Jairampur, on 24 June 2026 to verify compliance with the norms of INC, APNC, and other applicable statutory authorities.

The Expert Committee was led by Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC (Chairman), with Prof. Lijum Noshi, HoD, Department of Economics, Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU) and Mrs. Yombi Ango Bagra, Nurse Tutor, Arunachal State Nursing College, TRIHMS, Naharlagun, as Members. Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Hon'ble Member-cum-PRO, APPEIRC, assisted the Expert Committee.

On 25 June 2026 and 26 June 2026, the APPEIRC conducted statutory inspections of Namdapha Nursing Institute, Miao, and Namdapha Degree College, Miao, Changlang District, respectively, under the provisions of Section 9(4) of the APPEIRC Act, 2017.

The inspections were carried out to assess the institutions' compliance with the norms and regulations of the INC, APNC, UGC, RGU (for the Degree College) and other applicable statutory authorities.

The Expert Committee was headed by Dr. Limo Ete, Hon'ble Member, APPEIRC, as Chairman, with Prof. Lijum Noshi, HoD, Dept. of Economics, RGU and Mrs. Yombi Ango Bagra, Nurse Tutor, Arunachal State Nursing College, TRIHMS, Naharlagun as Expert Members assisted by Shri Chiken Riba, PA to Hon'ble Member-cum-PRO, APPEIRC.

At the time of inspection, both institutions were functioning from a temporary campus located at Upper Colony, Near Assam Rifles Camp, Miao, Changlang District, Arunachal Pradesh – 792122.

They have proposed to shift / re-locate their permanent campuses to Namchik Charali, Kharsang, P.O./P.S. Kharsang, Miao Sub-Division, Changlang District, Arunachal Pradesh – 792122.

During the inspection, the Expert Committee comprehensively assessed the institutions' academic, administrative, infrastructural, financial, and statutory compliance to ensure adherence to the prescribed standards and promote quality higher education in the State.
