Arunachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Commission

Shri Chiken Riba joined the APPEIRC on 1st March 2021. Since his appointment, he has served the Commission with utmost dedication, sincerity and commitment. Earlier, he worked as Personal Assistant (PA) to the Hon’ble Chairperson, Hon’ble Member-I, Hon’ble Member-II, and Secretary, APPEIRC, at different periods. On various occasions, the Commission has deputed him to accompany and assist. inspection team Expert Committees and Inquiry/Fact-Finding Committees and official visits to Universities, Colleges and other educational institutions. Presently, he deals with various matters relating to universities and other higher educational institutions, RTI matters, website related matters, court cases and other regulatory and administrative matters of the Commission. He is currently holding the charge of Public Relations Officer (PRO), APPEIRC, in addition to his other assigned responsibilities and duties.
